His previous executive and senior leadership positions encompassed leading all aspects of infrastructure operations, business development through mergers and acquisitions, risk management, budget development, and financial management.
Shane received a master’s degree in business administration from the George Washington University, School of Business. He also attended the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and University of Oxford, Saïd Business School executive development programs.
